Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, EU, Switzerland, and Norway via DHL Express. For the full list of supported countries, please see the Shipping & Delivery section at the bottom of every page.

Are there any additional fees on delivery?

No. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means all customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price. You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 week. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch via DHL Express. For made-to-order items, please check the lead time on each product page.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Made-to-order and customised items are non-returnable unless defective. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
