We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Customs Duties and Taxes (DDP)

We ship our products on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the product price.
  • You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier upon delivery.
  • This ensures a seamless and transparent shopping experience.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues (Defective Items)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Returns for Customer's Convenience

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., "The image was different from what I imagined" or "The size doesn't fit"):

  • Please request a return within 14 days of receipt.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please note that a significant portion of our collection is crafted by artisans specifically for you after an order is placed. Therefore, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Made-to-Order Products: Items marked as "Made-to-Order" or "Pre-order" on the product page.
  • Customized Products: Items personalized with engravings, specific sizing, or unique modifications requested by the customer.
  • Sale Items or Gift Cards.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Since the original purchase price included duties and taxes, your refund will match the full amount you paid at checkout.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
