The Double-Lid Arare Vase is an iron flower vessel created for interior and decorative use.

Its rounded body is paired with two separate lids. When closed, it appears as a quiet, solid form; when the lids are removed, an inner space and opening are revealed. Depending on viewing angle and how the parts are combined, the impression subtly changes, giving the piece a sense of quiet adaptability.

Depth of form created by the arare pattern and dual-lid structure

The surfaces of the lids are finished with a fine arare pattern, which softly catches and diffuses light.

Each lid functions as an independent form, yet they are designed to align and complete the overall silhouette when stacked together. The edges are intentionally irregular, with subtle chipping that introduces a slight sense of fluctuation within an otherwise balanced structure.

The interior is finished with an enamel coating, allowing water to be added and flowers to be arranged.
